But one thing is common in all, that all trails leads to beauty of Himalayas and a life which is slow, amazing and breathtaking. Talking about any off-beat trails of Himalayas, The Rajgundha is one of them which is located in upper part of Kangra Valley, still not known & preserved that old charm. The start starts from quite little village of Barot valley and then move towards Rajgundha valley. On the way, you will come across with vistas of Himalayas, green valleys, wooden huts & bridges and many shepherds halts. The best part is, you will be starting this trek from one valley and coming out from another valley (Bir & Billing) which is equally beautiful and amazing. Stay in campsite midst Devdar forest, live your dream and walk in your own pace – come join us for this forest hike.
Detailed itinerary for Rajgundha Trek with Barot Valley & Bir-Billing
Morning you will have to reach Palampur by your own & reach to the hotel and check-in. Later after having lunch & bit relax at hotel you are free to explore the town by your own. Evening dinner & overnight stay at same hotel.
Morning after breakfast, our tour leader & driver will pick you from hotel and then we will drive to Barot Valley. It will be a scenic ride of around 02 hours. Reaching there, we will start our trek to Rajgundha Valley. This is the most scenic, silent and beautiful trail of this side of Himalayas. You will be walking through the dense pine forest in Himalayas. It will be around 02 – 03 Hours trek to reach to our campsite in Rajgundha. Reaching there, check-in at camp surrounded by forest. Evening free for exploration. Evening bonfire, music, dance & dinner at campsite.
Morning after breakfast we will carry our packed lunch and start trek to Bir. It will be 04 – 05 Hours pleasant treks through small villages, dense Devdar forest and passing crossing the water streams. Reaching at Bir, we will check-in at our camp. (if you wish, you can do Paragliding on your own cost). Evening bonfire, music, dance & dinner at campsite.
Morning breakfast, you will be free to explore Bir & Billing. Later at 1100 AM, check out from camp.

We will pick you from railway station/ bus stand from Barot. Our pick up team will be there waiting for you bewteen morning 5 A.M. to 7:30 A.M. In case you are late you need to be in touch with our trek coordinator mentioned in the booking voucher.
