The Prashar Lake short trek is most suitable for all type of travelers, specialist or advance mountaineer. It is an amazing short stay trek which offers a great height, scenic spots, Himalayan vistas and at the end a pleasant Himalayan round shape lake located on the top of the hill. Our trek will start from a small village Jawalapur and take a good height at Prashar Lake. Prashar Lake is a sacred Hindu place, lake & shrine which is associated with The Great Sage in India History known as Rishi Prashar. The location os our campsite at Prashar is another surprise for you. Once you will fall in love with this place, you will come here again & again
Reach Panarsa – Trek to Prashar Lake Morning you will have to assemble at given point and time in Panarsa. You will have to come here by yourself. Panarsa is one the way between Delhi – Manali volvo route. We will meet you at Panarsa & check in at homestay or basic accommodation for few hours for relax & fresh n up. We will also serve you one meal (either breakfast while you reach here OR lunch). Later we will take a sharing taxi to reach Jawalapur village (02 Hours). It will be fun ride and from here we will start trek to Prashar Lake. It will be steep trek of 08 Kms. Reaching there we will check in at our camp and later proceed to visit Prashar Lake & shrine darshan. Evening bonfire & camp fun followed by dinner.
Check-out & Trek Back Morning breakfast & leisure. Later we will follow the same route and trek back to Jawalapur (8 Kms) & from Jawalapur, we will drop you back to Panarsa. Our services terminated here.
Detailed itinerary for Prashar Lake Trek Mandi
Reach Mandi and then at around 10 am you will be driven for around 26km to the scenic Baggi village; arriving in the village, enjoy packed lunch and get energised. Post this, begin with the trek to the Prashar Lake. Ascend and descend through the easy, yet captivating trails for around 4-5 hours till you reach the lakeside. Once beside the lake, settle down in the camps and enjoy the evening with an engrossing campfire followed by snacks, dinner and overnight stay.
After a delicious breakfast, you will have the opportunity to explore the immaculate surroundings and the stunning landscapes of the Prashar Lake on a guided tour. Visit a nearby temple and start descending towards Baggi; be careful while trekking downwards as the trails might be slippery! Arriving in Baggi, take a drive to Mandi at around 3 pm and will depart to your respective destination.

We will pick you from railway station/ bus stand from Panarsa. Our pick up team will be there waiting for you bewteen morning 5 A.M. to 7:30 A.M. In case you are late you need to be in touch with our trek coordinator mentioned in the booking voucher.
