Detailed itinerary for Holi Celebrations & Camping in Bir-Billing

Day 01 – Arrive at Camp / Hiking
Test

Morning reach Bir volvo stand & reach upto our camp by yourself. You can hire a taxi from any point of Bir to our camp / or can walk easily. On arrival at camp, check in & relax. Later we will enjoy lunch & proceed for a hiking in the mountains. It will be 02 to 04 hours easy to moderate hike. In the evening, we will come back to camp. Night music, bonfire followed by dinner.

Day 02 – Holi Celebrations Day
Test

Morning wake up exercise later breakfast & Holi celebrations start at camp. Dance, fun, music & much more. A full day fun. (you may buy or carry your own hard drinks). Night music, bonfire followed by dinner.

Test

After breakfast, check-out from camp.

We will pick you from railway station/ bus stand from Bir Billing. Our pick up team will be there waiting for you bewteen morning 5 A.M. to 7:30 A.M. In case you are late you need to be in touch with our trek coordinator mentioned in the booking voucher.

How to reach Bir Billing : <p>By Self</p>

We understand that there could be unforeseen circumstance under which a traveller has to cancel his trip. However a trip booking and planning also incur some cost from our end. Keeping in mind mutual benefit of India camps travel community we have designed cancellation poilicy of this tour.

  • Cancel up to 30 days before Package start date and get full refund.
  • Cancel up to 15 days before Package start date and get 70% refund.
  • Cancel up to 7 days before Package start date and get 50% refund.
  • Cancel within 7 days of Package start date and the cost of the full reservation is non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • In case of refund, 2.5% (Payment processing charges) will be applicable.
