This trek is for expert, a dream for trekkers and a dream for Himalayan enthusiasts. This trek will basically start from Dundi (The Upper Part of Manali) and goes upto to Bakarthach, which is the meeting point of Pir Panjal Dhauladhar Mountain Range. From the pasturing ground of Dundi, you will be witness some of the best peaks of the regions as Nule Peak, 7 Sisters, Mount Shitidhar, Friendship Peak, Peak Ladkahi and of-course a glimpse of Hanuman Tiba will encourage you to come back next time and try summit it. This trek is also one of the best options for Flaura enthusiast. From Dundi to even till Beas Kund, the entire meadow and up-hill is laden by Wild Flower. Standing tall at 5289 Meter above in Pir Panjal Himalayas, the mighty friendship peak offers spectacular vistas of Himalayas all around. This is a proper mountaineering expedition where one require pro-fitness, awareness of equipment, its usage & much more.
Detailed itinerary for Friendship Peak Trek
You will have to assemble at given point & time in Manali. A small briefing session in the morning & then we will drive to Dundi– an hour drive after that we will start our first day trek to Dundi. It is a beautiful trail going upto our first resting point of 6 KMS arrpox. Later reaching Dundi, we will have our lunch and then start our next trail to Bakarthach area. We will reach Bakarthach meadow by the evening. Dinner & overnight stay.
Today morning have delicious breakfast and look at the different peaks around especially Hanuman Tibba in front of you. Later start trek to Lady Leg area which is a steep edge of the Pir Panjal Mountain Range. This day is steep, tiring but at the same time beautiful and awesome. Overnight camp.
We walk from Lady Leg to Advance camp today. Overnight there.
Today is rest day at Advance camp, acclimatization, route mapping set and practice. Overnight will be at same camp (advance camp)
Today is our summit day. We will start at around 01 PM today (in the midnight) to chase the mighty trail of friendship peak. The climb is steep & tiring. We will summit and then get back to Advance Camp.
Walk down from Advance camp to Dundi and then drive back to Manali. Reaching Manali, you will be your own.

We will pick you from railway station/ bus stand from Manali. Our pick up team will be there waiting for you bewteen morning 5 A.M. to 7:30 A.M. In case you are late you need to be in touch with our trek coordinator mentioned in the booking voucher.
